Hyperbolic Harmony: Exploring Nature's Forms through a Kaleidoscopic Lens, Inspired by Ernst Haeckel's Ascidiae in Kunstformen der Nature
Ernst Haeckel (1834 - 1919), was an eminent German biologist, naturalist, philosopher, physician, professor and artist.
Kunstformen der Natur (German for Art Forms of Nature) is a book of lithographic and autotype prints by German biologist Ernst Haeckel.
It consists of 100 detailed, multi-color illustrations of animals and sea creatures, many of which were first described by Haeckel himself.
A hyperbolic kaleidoscope involves the use of hyperbolic geometry concepts to create intricate and visually interesting patterns within a kaleidoscopic framework.
